Easy DIY Faith-Inspired Decor You Can Paint Yourself

Simple projects that bring love, peace, and Scripture into your home.

One of the sweetest things about decorating our homes is that we get to choose what message fills the walls. Art doesn’t have to be expensive or perfect to be meaningful. Sometimes the most treasured decor pieces are the ones we create with our own hands — especially when they remind us of God’s truth, hope, and presence.

These easy, budget-friendly DIY paint projects are perfect for any skill level — including beginners, kids, or “I don’t really paint” painters. Grab a cup of tea, put on worship music, and enjoy the process. Your home will feel warmer for it.

Some of these projects include links to supplies - these links are affiliate and I do receive a small commission from a purchase made from one of my links. It comes at no cost to you but helps me run my page. Thanks for your support!

A Few Encouraging Thoughts

  • Your art doesn’t need to look like anyone else’s.

  • The beauty is in the meaning, not the perfection.

  • Every brushstroke can be a moment of worship, rest, and reflection.

When we fill our homes with reminders of God’s love, we are surrounding our families with peace — and making space for His presence to feel near.
